Newsletters are important sources of quality industry, special interest or community information. The scope and budget can vary greatly, and from simple beginnings, can grow into important publications.

Full-colour A3 folded to A4 is a popular choice, because it allows for four colourful A4 pages of content, and is very cost-effective. Single or two colour newsletters can be economical and smart, particularly if sufficient room is allowed for design presentation. It may be most economical to produce your newsletter by digital printing if the required quantity is smaller.

Newsletters can be bound or finished in many ways, including folding, stapling, bagging and addressing. We can even mail to your subscribers. Our expert team can advise you on the best alternatives for the job you have in mind.

Some organisations produce quality newsletters which take on the proportions of weekly, monthly or quarterly magazines. These require some editorial effort, and it is best to have a particular person in your organisation who oversees the task and becomes the editor.
